Phrases that usually leave education

"Buy / sell / enter / take profits on [ticker] now"
"Guaranteed return / can't lose"
"This signal / alert means you should…"
Performance claims that sound like live results without methodology and disclaimers

Define order types, risk, fees, journals, backtest biases
Use hypothetical examples clearly marked
Link public news with FACT / OPINION / SIM tags
Say Not investment advice and mean it

Learner checklist

Is there a specific action on a specific instrument aimed at me?
Is risk erased or mocked?
Is fake paper P&L dressed up as real track record?
Is a wire item treated like a private tip?
